Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. This covers your statutory right to return any item within 14 days of delivery and additionally gives you a further 16 days so that you can be sure your Pure Gold product is perfect for you.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

You can return or exchange the hair within 30 days of purchasing. Returns or exchanges will only be accepted if the hair is still packaged and in perfect condition. A copy of the invoice must be posted back with the returned hair. Return information will be located on the invoice.
