You can return or exchange the hair within 30 days of purchasing. Returns or exchanges will only be accepted if the hair is still packaged and in perfect condition. A copy of the invoice must be posted back with the returned hair. Return information will be located on the invoice.
To extend the life of your Pure Gold hair extensions we recommend to use specific hair extensions products. Always sulphate free. Check with your stylist on recommended products and as you would with your natural hair use heat protection before using heated tools.
